Regatta Pointe was built in 2002 by Picerne Development.

It’s a large community of 142 one and two bedroom flats and two story lofts. Sizes range from 825 to over 1500 square feet.

The sixteen condos that face 1st Avenue offer a live / work option.

Each condo has a nine foot ceiling except for the loft models which have higher ceilings of course.

Original finishes included granite countertops, galley style kitchens, maple cabinets and black appliances. A few of the town homes have been updated since they were built.

Regatta Pointe is gated, has garage parking, a pool and spa, clubhouse and fitness center.

It’s located two buildings west of the light rail bridge that spans Tempe Town Lake. Immediately next door is The Lodge and around the corner from Culinary Dropout, Over Easy and Madison at The Yard.

Regatta Pointe is about 1/2 mile walk from the Mill Avenue Light Rail stop and super close to Tempe Center for the Arts, easy biking distance from ASU campus, about a mile from the football stadium and all the other awesome things in the area.
