Optima Biltmore High Rise in 2005 was Chicago based Optima Developers first foray into our local market. Since then they have built Optima Camelview, Optima Sonoran Village, Optima Kierland, Optima Paradise Valley, and the recently announced Optima McDowell Mountain.
Optima Biltmore is situated just south of the southwest corner of 24th Street and Camelback, across from the Biltmore Shopping Mall. It comprises two fifteen-story towers connected at the first, second, third, and penthouse floors. David Hovey designed this community to provide maximum density while still offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, the Valley, and city lights.
