Hayden Square Condominiums were built in 1986, when Miami Vice (the original Tubbs and Crocket tv show) was all the rage. The architecture and style was very very cool for its time and the condos were extremely popular. Although many of the condo interiors are very dated the community is very cool but mostly because they are located right off of Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe next to the light rail stop and around the corner from ASU.

Hayden Square contains 118 one and two story condominiums ranging from 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom with 666 square feet to 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom with 1273 square feet to 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom with 1403 square feet models.

Parking is located at street level with the condominiums built above. There is a community pool and spa which gets a lot of use. But again the main attraction of Hayden Square Condominiums is the close proximity to the best that Tempe has to offer and reasonable prices.
