Downtown Tempe
Downtown Tempe / Mill Avenue District has been the hottest urban core in the Valley since 2014. I remember that back in 2015 if one counted all the projects that were then under construction or on the drawing boards, the projects in Tempe were larger than all other projects on the drawing boards in all other Arizona cities combined!
And, all that construction was focused in an area about one mile by one mile. Now that makes for dense, vertical, urban living, and with communities ranging from 30 years to 2 years old and prices lacrosse the board there’s truly something for everyone.
We particularly like Hayden Square condos just off Mill Avenue for “entry-level” to the three-story community at University and Beck called The Vale; to Regatta Point and 525 Town Lake just off Tempe Town Lake; to the glamorous and sexy Bridgeview and Edgewater midrise condos at Hayden Ferry Lakeside and of course Orchid House.
