The optional wet room is one of the best I’ve seen. If you don’t know what a wet room is, it’s basically a bathroom with a shower drain in the middle of the floor and a rain shower head above and the toilet and sink to the side. There is no separation between the shower and the other fixtures. I first saw this concept 30 years ago in Mexico. I love it. Wet rooms offer a super-efficient use of space and offer an easy way to clean the space (a-la scrub brush and a hose!)
The wet rooms at Center 8 are glass enclosed and fully tiled (floors, walls and ceiling) super-efficient with floating wall mounted vanity and toilet. Community amenities include a Ramada covered sitting area, herb gardens, BBQ area and a dog washing station.
