Fourteen contemporary loft-style condominiums one mile from the popular Biltmore and Camelback Corridor. Biltmore Court is a vestige of our real estate “boom/bust” roughly 2006 +. Originally built as a “for sale” community the original developer ultimately lost it to the construction lender who then sold it to the current owner. They have been for rent only ever since. One would assume that sooner or later the owner may choose to sell them….or not. Who knows?
