Artisan Parkview (catty corner to the Diamondbacks Ballpark….hence the name “park view”) includes 14 soft loft/row-home style townhomes at the edge of Downtown Phoenix. Built in 2003, Parkview was the first of Eric Brown’s four Artisan brand projects. By “soft loft” we mean Brown used rather traditional fixtures, finishes and flooring but combined it with exposed ductwork, open railings and narrow but tall architecture with direct and immediate access to the sidewalk, street and downtown Phoenix right outside the front door.

Artisan Parkview offers good architecture, a very good location, more parking than many projects and reasonable prices. It is a great community surrounded by some of the best entertainment opportunities that Downtown Phoenix can offer. The Artisan Parkview community of homes is definitely worth checking out.
