artHAUS is a twenty five unit, architectural gem of a condo community completed in 2016, situated in a prime location behind The Arizona Opera and a two minute walk from the Phoenix Art Museum on the border of midtown and downtown Phoenix..

Residents enjoy convenient access to amenities such as the Central and McDowell light rail stop that can whisk you north or south to downtown Phoenix and the many restaurants walking distance (Forno 301, Basilic Vietnamese Kitchen, FEZ, Match located in FOUND:RE), short biking distance (favorites like Little O’s 7th Ave, Thai Recipe Bistro, The Main Ingredient…) and beyond..

We were the original real estate team hired by the developer to sell the community and know more about artHAUS than any other real estate company in the Valley.

Crafted by local architect Jason Boyer, this project was a labor of love, allowing Boyer to meticulously oversee every detail, from material selection to subcontractor hiring, resulting in a community that reflects his exacting standards.

The allure of artHAUS lies in its sleek, modern minimalist design, boasting features like smooth-finish interior walls, lots of windows, lots of natural light, trim-less door frames, and soft-open solid core pocket doors. The interiors are adorned with floating bathroom vanities, white quartz waterfall countertops, and locally crafted Euro-style cabinets, creating a gallery-like ambiance within each townhome.

Boyer’s innovative vision extends to the exterior, where industrial-grade steel elements blend seamlessly with EIFS (synthetic stucco) and horizontal steel panels, creating a visual spectacle that captivates the eye. Heck even the garage is something to see with heavy use of both sealed and weathered steel and loads of concrete.

Offering a range of studios, one and two-bedroom floor plans, artHAUS caters to diverse preferences, with units spanning from almost 900 square feet to a spacious 1800 square feet.

INSIDER TIP: if you love the general style of artHAUS but are looking for something larger and you like the North Central-ish part of town, check out KARMA, another Boyer project of detached single family homes.
