North Scottsdale Condos

North Scottsdale is still much more spread out than downtown Scottsdale but there are a few pockets of growing density.

If North Scottsdale is more your style this area has three very nice, dense, contemporary, urban-style condo buildings; Lofts at Kierland Commons, Landmark at Kierland, and Optima Kierland (sister to Optima Biltmore Towers and Optima Camelview Village). All three are vertical communities and all are pedestrian and biking-friendly. Lofts at Kierland literally sits right on top of some of the best shopping and dining that North Scottsdale has to offer and the other two are minutes by foot away. We’ve included a few other communities that, while less pedestrian-friendly, still have some architectural style and are close enough to all the fun stuff!
